“Each day let us seek God's wisdom for our future and God's healing for our past”

Bishop Clements,  Born and baptized Roman Catholic - I attended catholic school at a young age. I received my spiritual education through various colleges and to a great extent from the Roman Catholic Church.  My spiritual formation can be credited to my love and admiration for Saint Francis of Assisi.

After an extensive academic and spiritual formation period I was ordained to the priesthood on May 17th 1997 and through the tradition of Apostolic Succession   was elevated to the office of Bishop on October 5th 2002. As a priest and bishop I firmly believe that the church must remain grounded in the teachings of Jesus Christ and continue the work which Jesus began and entrusted to his disciples. As Christians we must live our life in a manner that will draw people closer to God not separate them from God. I firmly believe in the seven sacraments of the early church and that these sacraments are for all people...not just a chosen few.

I served as Parish Priest and Pastor from 1997 - 2004.  After a short sabbatical I accepted the position of Presiding Bishop of a Benedictine Order under the Reformed Catholic Church of New England . I am also the founder and Spiritual Director of Married Life Ministries.

To truly serve the people of God we must walk every day life with the people of God.  I am a  married priest currently living on the North Shore (Mass) with my high school sweet heart, "best friend" and lovely wife Fran.  We have been married thirth years. We were never blest with children of our own however Fran and I take great pride in our extended family, caring for Fran’s parents at our home and helping to raise our nieces and nephews.

As Spiritual Director of Married Life Ministries and the Presiding Bishop of the Order of Contemplative Benedictine's of New England I firmly believe we offer a viable alternative for Christians in New England who are seeking God’s blessing in their lives.   I am employed as a Hospice Chaplain and serve in the greater Boston area.

If you need a wedding Officiant or wish to contact me to discuss spiritual matters, arrange for sacraments such as baptisms or funeral services, pre-marital or post marital counsel send email to: bishopclements@marriedlifeministries.com
